    Why choose the 7 kg resistance band?

    We class 7 kg as high resistance. This resistance band is therefore for experienced fitness fans when doing lower-body exercises.
    Ideally, you'll complement it with a lighter resistance band (5 kg or 6 kg) for training your upper body!
