    Survival Blanket

    Dimensions: 55.1" x 78.7"
    Double-sided with two functions gold: attracting warmth silver: keeping cool.
    Gold side up to attract warmth and keep you warm: can help prevent hypothermia, keeps body temperature stable and protects you from the wind and dampness.
    Silver side up to keep you cool: keeps temperatures down.
    Do not cover your head: suffocation risk. Do not use the survival blanket during storms.

    Elastic Support Strip

    Dimensions: 2.4" x 39.4"
    Adhesive elastic support strip to strap up fragile joints or muscles during your trail run.
    This adhesive elastic support strip lets you:
    - support and guide your joints (ankle, knee) when they are fragile or painful. (such as sprains)
    - helps you keep them in the right position
    - supports your muscles (thigh, calf) when there is a contraction or tear.
