    An innovative material for even better performance

    Unlike a brushed material (such as a fleece or brushed jersey) that gets crushed under pressure and gets worn with chafing (piling), this material with its 3-dimensional construction maintains a thin layer of insulating air in any situation. This is known as being more resilient. This innovative material, less permeable to the air, provides greater wind resistance than a fleece. Once on, the sweatshirt is much more breathable than a softshell.

    Test product

    We carry out 2 types of thermal tests: - either a test of the material of our fleeces. - or on a thermal dummy in a temperature chamber. We replicate the temperature, wind (5 km/h) and humidity conditions that you would experience in the mountains when walking at 5 km/h. These tests are used to validate our design choices. And we adapt our thermal insulation where you most need it.
