    Recommendations for use

    This drink bag is specifically designed to be used with the DOUBLE USE SYSTEM. The DOUBLE USE SYSTEM bottle allows you to switch from sports drink to water and back again in one step. The drink bag is screwed on the DOUBLE USE SYSTEM.

    We recommend that you drink before and during exercise, in small amounts, every 15 to 20 minutes.

    In addition to physical activity, it is important to maintain a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
