    Oven baking instructions

    Mix one 100 g packet with 50 ml of water in a bowl.
    For preparing muffins in paper moulds:
    Divide the batter among the muffin moulds filling them two-thirds, then bake for 11 minutes at 180°C.
    For preparing mini-muffins in a silicon mould (about 12 cavities):
    Divide the batter between the cavities and bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 180°C.
    When ready, the energy cake can be stored for up to 2 days.

    How to prepare your cake in the microwave

    Mix one 100 g packet with 50 ml of water. Pour the batter in a mug and bake at 800 W for 1 min 10.
    In order to stay soft, the cake should be eaten the same day it is prepared.

    Recommendations for use

    Eat the energy cake up to 1.5 hr before exercising, or in portions during the waiting phase of your competition.
