Designed for endurance workouts lasting over 3 hours, this gel is ideal for your long sessions or competitions (trail runs, triathlons or marathons).
This gel also contains BCAA (essential amino acids), components of muscle protein. Their contribution is important for muscle repair. For more information, see composition.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY G-EASY ENERGY GEL?
Eat 2 to 3 mouthfuls of gel every 15 minutes after working out for 45 minutes. Drink a few mouthfuls of water each time you eat gel. Start your second gel after 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The G-EASY pinch valve cannot be closed, so carry the gel with the white cap on between workouts. Once opened, your gel can be preserved for two weeks. Not necessarily in the refrigerator because it will harden.
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE IN ADDITION TO MY G-EASY ENERGY GEL?
Nutritionists recommend 60 g of carbohydrates (= sugar) per hour of sport for workouts longer than 3 hours. For this 64 g gel, there are 44 g of carbohydrates. We therefore recommend that you drink 500 ml of isotonic drink per hour as well as the gel. No drink holding solution? We recommend hydrogels in this case. It is more liquid and contains sodium which is lost in perspiration.

When running, the pinch valve is used like that of a camelback. To prevent leaks when not practising sport, you need to screw up the top.
1 sachet of G-Easy is equivalent to 2 conventional gels. That means there's less packaging, so less waste, and yes, despite what we all thought, the CO2 impact is reduced!
HOW TO CLEAN THE BITE VALVE
Rinse the bite valve before using the first time. After each use, clean the bite valve with hot water. To do so, rinse the bite valve under running hot water while pressing the valve with your fingers to open the slit and remove the gel. Leave the bite valve to dry with the top upwards.
