    Water-repellency

    Functionality achieved by applying a hydrophobic, water-repellent treatment to the fabric. This process prevents water from sticking to the fabric's surface, thus limiting the latter's ability to absorb water. When movement is added to the equation, water runs off the fabric. This is what is meant by water-repellent. Its water-repellent properties ensure that water does not soak into the outer fabric. The pants remain light and dry more quickly.

    Wind protection is very important because of the significant chill effect wind can have on body, whether you are active/at rest.According to the "wind-chill" model, which measures how air temperature feels when factoring in wind & cold:At a temperature of 41°F combined with winds of 20 mph, the perceived temperature will be 32°F.If the air temperature is 32°F & wind speed is 20 mph, the perceived temperature will be 21°F.The materials used in our products help to counter chilling effects of wind
